"Eunice took excellent care of my cat Bayden over a long weekend at her home. She kept me updated on how he was doing and took care to keep him comfortable! Bayden is a high-needs cat, because he's diabetic and asthmatic, so he needs two daily injections after his meals, and Eunice took care to monitor how Bayden was eating and adjusted his medicine schedule accordingly. She was also proactive on the front-end of his boarding, taking time to get familiar with cat inhalers before I dropped Bayden off, and asking me a few thoughtful questions. Eunice seemed very prepared and professional, and I was confident at drop-off that Bayden was in good hands. During Bayden's boarding, I was unfortunately camping off-grid, and wasn't able to text Eunice when she had some questions regarding Bayden's medicines, but she proactively reached out to his vet's office to make sure Bayden got what he needed. Bayden came home relaxed and happy. I'd be happy to rebook with Eunice again in the future. "
